Riders for Health are a small charity whose headquarters are based in the UK, we also have offices in Africa. 

As our IT requirements within the UK office grew, we felt that the need for improved reliability and security grew as well.  We were put in contact with Wayne Kenward of Blue Profile Limited, and have never looked back! 

BLUE Profile came in and proved invaluable advice, recommending and helping us install a new IBM server, Windows 2000, Exchange 2000, FireWall/VPN and a complete network antivirus solution. Since the installation we have had very few problems, and the problems we have had, have been solved very promptly over the phone thanks to Wayne’s excellent technical knowledge. 

Since the impressive installation of the new server etc, we approached Wayne to quote us for some new PC’s, server, UPS’s, Line Conditioners and printers for our office in the Gambia. Once again Wayne’s advice was invaluable and we had no hesitation in placing our order with him. 

This is the first time I have felt the need to write a testimonial, but Wayne’s help, advice and caring attitude is so rare to find these days. Wayne has gone above and beyond the call of duty in his quest to help us, for which we are very grateful.
